1. COEUR D’ALENE, 5-0 (5A) beat Lewiston, 56-14

Near-perfect night from QB Jack Prka (405 yards, five TDs) propels Viks.

2. ROCKY MOUNTAIN, 4-0 (5A) on bye week

5A SIC ain’t so tough! Grizzlies on 13-game league winning streak.

Up next: Friday at Meridian, 7 p.m.

3. HIGHLAND, 6-1 (5A) beat Skyview, 38-23

Are Rams vulnerable? Back-to-back road grinders spell slight concern.

Up next: Friday vs. Rigby, 7 p.m.

4. RIGBY, 6-0 (5A) on bye week

Canceled Blackfoot game (COVID-19) gave Trojans extra week of healing up.

Up next: Friday at Highland, 7 p.m.

5. EAGLE, 3-1 (5A) on bye week

Bad thing about this crazy regular season – not enough QB Ben Ford games.

Up next: Friday at Centennial, 7 p.m.

6. SUGAR-SALEM, 6-0 (3A) beat Teton, 27-7

Diggers will become real scary when WR Crew Clark gets more involved.

Up next: Friday at South Fremont, 7 p.m.

7. CAPITAL, 3-0 (5A) beat Timberline, 25-0

Eagles win 5A SIC East title, but QB Max Clark injury (collarbone) a big blow

Up next: Friday vs. Borah, 4 p.m.

8. SKYLINE, 6-1 (4A) beat Idaho Falls, 40-9

State’s top 4A squad didn’t mind all the “blue” cheer in Emotion Bowl win.

Up next: Friday vs. Hillcrest, 7 p.m.

9. BISHOP KELLY, 4-1 (4A) beat Caldwell, 2-0 (forf.)

Some teams OK with getting a win – and rest. But the Knights want action.

Up next: Friday vs. Vallivue, 7 p.m.

10. MERIDIAN, 3-1 (5A) on bye week

John Zamberlin’s group gets two full weeks to solve Rocky Mountain riddle.
